When contacting us (e.g. by contact form or e-mail) personal data are collected; which data are collected in case of a contact form is shown on the respective contact form. This data is used exclusively for responding to your inquiry and stored and used for contacting you and the connected technical administration. 2) COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR PROCESSING ORDERS

2.1) The personal data collected by us are communicated to the shipping company contracted by us, as far as necessary for the delivery of the goods. We transmit your payment data to the banking institution for payment processing.

2.2) For payment by PAYPAL, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – „Purchase on account " via PayPal, we transfer your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") for payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered - "Purchase on account" via PayPal. Paypal uses the result of the credit check in respect of the statistical likelihood of debt default for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit check can contain score values. As far as score values are used for the result of the credit check, they are based on a scientifically acknowledged, mathematical-statistical methods. Address data are used for the calculation of the score values, among other things. 2.3) In case of payment by credit card, we communicate your payment data to the payment service providers for payment processing. If your chosen method of payment is the payment service provider Stripe, payment processing will be effected by the payment service provider STRIPE PAYMENTS EUROPE LTD, BLOCK 4, HARCOURT CENTRE, HARCOURT ROAD, DUBLIN 2, IRELAND, to which we communicate the information submitted to us during the order process in addition to information on your order (name, address, credit card number, invoice amount, currency and transaction number). The disclosure of your data is only effected for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider STRIPE PAYMENTS EUROPE LTD. 2.4) If the merchandise is delivered by Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft, Haidingergasse 1, 1030 Vienna, Austria or General Logistics Systems Austria, GmbH Traunuferstraße 105a, AT-4052 Ansfelden or DHL Paket Austria GmbH, Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße 4, 1100 Vienna, we will communicate your e-mail address to the respective delivery service, provided you expressly agreed to this by clicking the respective box.

Otherwise we will only disclose the name of the recipient and the delivery address to the transport service provider. In this case, the prior coordination of the time of delivery is not possible.

 

3) COOKIES

5) WEB ANALYSIS SERVICE
