This data is used exclusively for responding to your inquiry and stored and used for contacting you and the connected technical administration. 2) COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR PROCESSING ORDERS
2.1) The personal data collected by us are communicated to the shipping company contracted by us, as far as necessary for the delivery of the goods. We transmit your payment data to the banking institution for payment processing.
2.2) For payment by PAYPAL, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered – „Purchase on account " via PayPal, we transfer your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") for payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or – if offered - "Purchase on account" via PayPal. 2.4) If the merchandise is delivered by Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft, Haidingergasse 1, 1030 Vienna, Austria or General Logistics Systems Austria, GmbH Traunuferstraße 105a, AT-4052 Ansfelden or DHL Paket Austria GmbH, Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße 4, 1100 Vienna, we will communicate your e-mail address to the respective delivery service, provided you expressly agreed to this by clicking the respective box.
Otherwise we will only disclose the name of the recipient and the delivery address to the transport service provider. In this case, the prior coordination of the time of delivery is not possible.
