Return Policy

Consumers with residence in the EU have a right to cancel this contract subject to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is defined as any private individual entering into a contract the purpose of which is neither commercial nor part of their professional activity.

Cancellation Instructions:

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. by a clear statement (e.g. by mailed letter or e-mail) regarding your decision to cancel the contract. For this purpose you may use our attached sample cancellation form, which, however, is not compulsory. For observing the cancellation period it is sufficient to send the notification on the exercise of the cancellation right before the expiry of the cancellation period.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract we will return all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, but no later than within fourteen days following receipt of your cancellation notice. We use the same method of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will fees be charged to you for such repayment. We may refuse repayment until the earlier of (i) receipt of the goods or (ii) until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back.

You must return the merchandise to us without delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of the contract at the latest. The time period is observed if you send the merchandise before the expiry of the fourteen-day time period.

The immediate costs for returning the goods shall be borne by you.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the merchandise up to 100% if such loss in value results from the handling of the merchandise by you in a manner that goes beyond what is required to assess the quality, characteristics and functioning of the merchandise, for instance by wearing or damaging the merchandise. 

EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRATION OF THE CANCELLATION RIGHT

The cancellation right does not apply to consumers without residence in the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address lie outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract, unless the consumer’s country of residence provides for a cancellation right, in which case the cancellation right under the laws of the consumer’s country of residence applies. 

The consumer has no cancellation right in case of the delivery of

- goods manufactured according to customer specifications or which are distinctively tailored to the personal needs,

- goods delivered as sealed merchandise and which are unsuitable for return due to health protection reasons or for hygienic reasons, if the seal was removed after delivery.
